- Lead the culinary team across premium function spaces and à la carte restaurants, delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Create innovative menus that reflect current food trends and meet guest expectations
- Oversee high-volume culinary operations and manage catering across diverse cuisines and service operations
- Ensure consistent excellence in food quality, presentation, and safety standards
- Support budget management and food cost control to maintain financial efficiency Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar senior culinary role in premium high‑volume, fast‑paced environments
- Strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop kitchen teams across diverse service formats
- Demonstrated expertise in menu development, stock control, and cost‑effective kitchen operations
- Sound budgeting skills and proficiency with business technologies including stock and accounting systems
