- Take ownership of client accounts and lead the delivery of complex research programs from design through to insight communication.

- Oversee multiple projects, guide junior team members, and contribute to business growth through quality delivery, client satisfaction, and thought leadership.
- Own the team's development by coaching, guiding, and developing team members. Qualifications
- Solid experience within a social or market research agency.
- Deep understanding of research methodologies and their strategic application across diverse industries.
- Proven ability to independently manage ad hoc research projects.
- Robust analytical, interpretive, and storytelling skills.
- Excellent client relationship management and presentation skills.
- Growing commercial acumen, including budgeting, pricing, and profitability.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, guide, and develop team members.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, social sciences, psychology, business, or a related field. Benefits
