Why This Role Matters As a Project Manager , you will lead end‑to‑end delivery of software projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You’ll play a key role in building strong client relationships while driving delivery excellence across cross‑functional teams. What You’ll Do
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of multiple client projects (scope, timeline, budget, quality)
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID)
- Oversee project financials, forecasting, and performance
- Ensure accurate governance, reporting, and milestone tracking
- Collaborate with delivery teams to drive successful project outcomes What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management (software / technology delivery)
- Client‑first mindset with robust relationship‑building capability
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working under pressure in dynamic and fast‑paced environments
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and commercial outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Nice to Have
- Exposure to Utilities, Energy, or related regulated industries
- Experience working within global or geographically distributed teams
- Knowledge of contract delivery, client commercials, or managed services environments
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
