The Opportunity We're looking for a motivated Production Assistant, Packaging to support our Packaging Supervisor at our Port Melbourne manufacturing facility. This is a casual role with real potential, if you're keen to learn and grow. You don't need to have done this exact job before. What matters is that you show up, pay attention to detail, and take pride in the work you do. What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Packaging Supervisor in the day-to-day running of the packaging line
- Assisting with the operation and basic maintenance of packaging equipment
- Helping conduct quality checks to make sure every can that leaves the line is perfect
- Keeping the facility clean, safe, and compliant, including Clean-in-Place (CIP) tasks
- Assisting with warehousing and logistics as needed
- Being a reliable, positive presence on the production floor What We're Looking For
- Someone reliable, punctual, and genuinely keen to learn
- A good eye for detail and a quality-first mindset
- The ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Some experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is a bonus, but not essential
