The Role You will support the development and execution of CRM and customer engagement initiatives across multiple channels. Contribute to the optimization of customer communications and retention activities, ensuring campaigns are performance‑driven and aligned with business objectives. What You’ll Do
- Manage the activation of customer data to develop and execute an end‑to‑end CRM strategy and communications plan, leveraging email, push notifications and in‑app messages.
- Continuously refine multi‑channel communications and develop retention strategies to deliver an outstanding customer experience, applying best practices and staying up‑to‑date with the state of the art.
- Support the CRM Manager to define the customer lifecycle and contact strategies across all touch‑points, as well as identify key client segments to improve targeting and program effectiveness.
- Ensure all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked and analyzed; own weekly/monthly reporting and ad hoc deep dives. Who You Are
- 2–3 years minimum experience in Digital Marketing and CRM across mobile and web environments.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with ESPs such as Mailchimp, Sendgrid.
- Proficient in HTML.
- Good copywriting skills.
- Able to develop and optimise CRM flows to drive revenue.
- Skilled at leveraging consumer behavioural, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data to deliver relevant marketing insights.
- Commercially savvy, analytical and data‑driven.
- Experience in A/B testing and agile templates.
- Organized, responsible, proactive.
- Able to optimize, prioritize and manage time in a high‑pace environment.
- Fluent in English.
