Your Role We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious corporate real estate lawyer at Associate level to join our highly successful team dealing with the full spectrum of real estate transactions. The role is ideal for lawyers from mid-tier and top-tier practices looking to accelerate their experience and careers. Your work will span capital transactions, complex development projects of various asset classes including mixed-use precincts, renewables and build-to-rent, real estate joint ventures, and complex AFL and leasing. Our client base has grown significantly in recent times, and we are seeking proactive people with solid experience to join us. You will work closely with highly experienced and well-respected partners and their team, and also have the opportunity to collaborate with lawyers across our National Real Estate practice. The team is dedicated to training and developing all members and will upskill you in areas you may not yet have extensive experience in, or in areas you wish to learn. What You Need We welcome applications from real‑estate lawyers up to 8 years PQE with experience in a reputable real‑estate team. We also consider corporate or M&A; candidates who have experience in corporate real‑estate transactions and wish to branch into real‑estate transactions and development projects.
