Description
Job Summary Business Development Manager (fixed‑term contract until July—date omitted). Responsible for increasing the profile and usage of the HUB24 platform across existing and new clients. Manages an agreed territory, delivers against sales targets, provides training and field support, and represents HUB24 across the financial services market while contributing valuable market insights and working collaboratively in line with HUB24’s values. Responsibilities
- Grow HUB24’s share of wallet across an allocated adviser panel by identifying opportunities, driving transitions, and managing prospect pipelines.
- Deliver territory and activity plans to achieve organic growth and sales targets.
- Build strong adviser relationships through regular engagement, referrals, training, and tailored business development support.
- Design and deliver local marketing initiatives, events, and client education sessions to strengthen market presence.
- Manage transitions of new and existing business in partnership with internal teams.
- Maintain solid platform, product, and technology expertise to support advisers and resolve issues.
- Represent HUB24 at industry events and contribute market feedback to support platform and product development. Requirements
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, advice platforms, and the financial planning industry, including how financial planning businesses operate.
- Demonstrated business development capability, with strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Confident communicator with excellent written, verbal, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Client‑focused mindset with a positive, can‑do attitude and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Well‑developed coaching and leadership capabilities, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly organised and process‑driven, with excellent time‑management and attention to detail.
- Displays integrity, honesty, sound judgement, and strength of conviction in decision‑making.
