This role is ideal for anyone who is a subject matter expert who can explain things clearly, and is passionate about their area of expertise! Our team is a diverse group of high school Teachers , corporate professionals, educational outreach staff, university teaching staff and post graduate university students. Classes are available after school from 4:30pm on weekdays or from 9:00am on weekends at our fabulous Box Hill location. - Teaching regular weekly classes throughout the academic term (all lesson materials and resources are prepared for you),
- Teaching opportunities available on weekdays during the VIC school holiday period,
- Ongoing monitoring of student’s academic progress through marking of short weekly homework pieces,
- Flagging of struggling students to academic team leaders for additional academic mentoring. What you’ll need...
- Possess a genuine passion for teaching,
- Previous experience teaching secondary Physics or STEM subjects in a classroom setting,
- Have extensive knowledge of the current VCE curriculum in Physics,
