We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Manager to join our team and play a key leadership role within the practice. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, delivering high-level advisory services, mentoring staff, and contributing to the ongoing growth of a modern accounting firm. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients from start to finish, while also helping oversee workflow, staff development, and day-to-day practice operations. About the role Overseeing the preparation and lodgement of tax returns, financial statements, and other key financial documents for a portfolio of clients Providing strategic tax planning advice to help clients minimise tax liabilities and achieve their financial goals Preparing forecasts, cashflow planning, and proactive business advisory support Maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication, ongoing check-ins, and exceptional
service delivery Managing workflow and ensuring
jobs are completed accurately and on time Supervising and mentoring junior accounting staff to maintain high standards across the team Contributing to the continuous improvement of the firm’s systems, processes, and procedures Assisting with practice operations and team coordination Actively participating in business development activities and identifying opportunities to grow the client base What We’re Looking For CPA or CA qualified with 7+ years of post-qualification experience within public practice Proven experience managing a diverse portfolio of taxation and accounting clients Strong technical skills in tax planning, financial reporting, forecasting, and practice management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships Demonstrated leadership experience, or someone ready to step into a management position Strong organisational and workflow management capabilities Ability to work autonomously while also thriving within a close-knit team environment Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Why Join Us?
