You will help shape and deliver impactful incentive and promotional strategies that energise our Dealer Network, elevate customer satisfaction, and maximise sales performance across the value chain. How you’ll make an impact
- Design and deliver engaging incentive programs and rewards that inspire dealership performance and enhance customer experience.
- Support the rollout of tactical campaigns, events and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and clear communication to stakeholders.
- Analyse performance results and provide actionable reporting to National and Regional teams.
- Ensure all programs are compliant, delivered on time and aligned with company policies.
- Track and optimise program performance against milestones, applying continuous improvement through PDCA reviews.
- Manage budgets and process invoices accurately. Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
- Proven project management capability – from planning through to execution and tracking, with the ability to multitask across competing priorities.
- Sharp analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
