The role involves tracking membership sales, trends, processes and retention figures, assisting the Customer Experience Team Leader and acting as centre host, conducting sales during opening hours. Yarra Leisure operates five facilities: Collingwood Leisure Centre, Fitzroy Swimming Pool, Richmond Recreation Centre, Collingwood Estate Gym and Burnley Golf Course. What We’re Looking For We are seeking a candidate with experience in customer service to help deliver outcomes in Yarra Leisure’s Member Experience team. The role may include a range of reception tasks, data tracking, assisting in member events, and answering enquiries in person, via email and over the phone.
