- Competitive above-award salary, SCHADS Level 5 – $102,791 pro‑rate + super About The Role As a Youth Homelessness Case Manager, you will provide case management, outreach, and housing support to young people aged 15–25 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Many of these young people present with complex needs and may include young parents and their children. You will have the opportunity to expand your network, working collaboratively with homelessness access points, local networks, and other service providers to deliver client‑centered, trauma‑informed support that enhances the wellbeing and stability of young people. Use your skills and experience to make a real difference in young people's lives, connecting them with housing, education, and other services. This role is contracted until June 2027. Key Responsibilities
- Provide case management and interim response to young people aged 15–25.
- Advocate and liaise with housing access points and specialist services across the West and North regions.
- Deliver services through a strengths‑based, client‑centered lens.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with local networks and agencies.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting in line with program requirements. About You
- A tertiary qualification in Youth Work, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience supporting young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
- Strong understanding of the homelessness service system and youth‑specific challenges.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and advocacy skills.
- A collaborative and flexible approach to working with diverse stakeholders. Benefits
- Salary packaging – up to $15,900 in tax‑free pay per year, plus entertainment up to $2,650.
