Role Description This is a part‑time role (25+ hours per week) for a Customer Experience & Warehouse Operations Coordinator, based in Melbourne. This role is central to the day‑to‑day running of portier and will primarily support customer service, order fulfilment, warehouse coordination, and operational administration. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touch‑points, from managing customer enquiries and overseeing order processing through to coordinating inventory and supporting smooth internal workflows. The role will also assist with warehouse operations including stock receiving and processing, inventory organisation and stock counts, and coordinating warehouse supplies and fulfilment workflows to ensure orders are dispatched accurately and efficiently. Working closely with the Founder and wider team, you’ll also provide general administrative support and assist in keeping operations organised and running efficiently as the business continues to grow. Role Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a genuine focus on creating a positive customer experience
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Confident working independently in a fast‑paced, growing business environment
- Comfortable with hands‑on warehouse coordination tasks including stock receiving, inventory organisation, and fulfilment support and solutions‑focused with a willingness to jump in where needed
- Familiarity with Shopify, inventory management, or ecommerce platforms is highly regarded
- Strong written communication and problem‑solving skills
