Senior Supporter Lifecycle Specialist (Melbourne)

About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and motivated Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to shape how our supporters engage with us. In this role, you’ll lead the development of lifecycle and engagement strategies that drive growth, strengthen loyalty, and maximise long‑term donor value. You will translate insights into clear, actionable strategies that support both new and ongoing fundraising programs and guide implementation across teams. Responsibilities
- Develop end‑to‑end lifecycle and engagement strategies across key audiences, from acquisition through long‑term retention and value growth.
- Establish best‑in‑class omni‑channel engagement strategies and journey frameworks that improve conversion and lifetime value.
- Lead the development of go‑to‑market strategies for new products and initiatives, including audience targeting, channel strategy, and core messaging.
- Partner with data and insight teams to translate complex audience and performance data into transparent, actionable lifecycle growth strategies, identifying optimisation opportunities and driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with CRM, Campaigns, and Fundraising teams to guide implementation and ensure strategies are executed effectively and consistently. Qualifications
- Experience in lifecycle, retention and growth marketing or customer engagement, ideally in a complex or multi‑channel environment.
- Strong understanding of supporter/customer journey design, engagement strategies and data‑driven marketing.
- Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- A passion for creating meaningful supporter experiences that contribute to long‑term impact. Benefits
