- Collaborate with educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
- Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
- Provide 7.5 hours per week of off-the-floor mentoring time, supporting practice uplift, coaching and professional growth across the team.
- Be available to work full-time within the centre’s operating hours between 7am and 6pm. Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current VIC Working with Children Check.
- Experience leading change in education. Perks
