MAYDAY is proud to be partnering with Australia’s largest funeral service provider to recruit a Multimedia Assistant, based out of Glen WaverleyMelbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and organised individual with early to mid-level experience to join a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, supporting the production of high-quality visual and digital content. About the role In this hands-on position, you will support the creation and delivery of multimedia content across a range of formats including video, audio, presentations, graphic design, and print-ready materials. You will play a key role in ensuring all content is accurate, on brand, and delivered to a high standard within required timeframes. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and editing multimedia content including video, presentations, and digital assets
- Preparing and formatting files for both digital and print output
- Supporting the delivery of customised content for internal stakeholders and families
- Collaborating with teams to gather and organise content for production
- Applying brand standards, templates, and production guidelines
- Conducting quality checks to ensure all work is polished and client-ready
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment About you
- Experience in multimedia, graphic design, digital production, or video editing
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and digital production tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Confident preparing digital and print-ready assets
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
