About The Role The Design Support Officer provides practical design and delivery support to service design sprint teams. The role contributes to the development, documentation and coordination of design activities and artefacts. Working alongside multiple sprint teams, the officer ensures that sprint activities are well‑organised, user‑centred and delivered within agreed timeframes. The position focuses on task‑based contribution, coordination and quality support, operating under direction while exercising initiative within defined parameters.
