- $143K per annum (depending on experience) + 12% superannuation Position Coordinator Strategic Asset Management Location Glen Eira City Council About the role Our Coordinator Strategic Asset Management is responsible for leading Council's strategic asset management framework to support sustainable service delivery, climate resilience, risk management and legislative compliance. The role provides high-level leadership across asset planning, systems, data, governance and capital works planning, with a strong focus on service and asset integration. Key Responsibilities
- Developing, managing and evaluating the asset management policy, strategy and portfolio related plans.
- Creating and embedding best practice strategic asset management systems and processes.
- Analysing asset management data to inform the Financial Plan, Asset Plan, and monitoring the renewal gap.
- Developing and enhancing asset information to support asset and service integration, including Fit for Purpose auditing based on asset functionality, condition, capacity and utilisation. Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering or equivalent competency and experience.
- Extensive experience in civil engineering, project management, and asset management.
- High-level analytical, modelling, and problem‑solving capability. Pre-Employment Checks
