What You'll Do
- Deliver residential subdivision valuations that consistently satisfy client requirements
- Prepare valuation reports compliant with IVS, API, and IFRS standards
- Deliver reports on time and maintain proactive client communication
- Review and mentor Assistant Valuers
- Contribute to business development through client networking and prospecting
- Secure appointments with agreed terms of engagement and scope of works
- Exceed personal budget target and meet assigned financial targets
