As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our HR team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract based in Mentone. The Role In this hands‑on role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business to attract, engage, and recruit top talent. From end‑to‑end recruitment to enhancing candidate experience, your work will play a critical role in shaping our teams and supporting our continued success. This 6‑month max‑term contract is perfect for someone looking to enhance their recruitment experience, get internal exposure and be part of a cooperative HR team and wants to make an impact. Reporting to the Head of People, your main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across our corporate head office and manufacturing sites
- Lead job briefings, write compelling job ads, and ensure consistent branding across platforms
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates in collaboration with hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews and provide support throughout the recruitment and selection process
- Manage all offer processes, reference checks, and pre‑employment documentation
- Build and maintain solid talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Provide data‑driven insights through regular reporting on recruitment activity and metrics
- Work closely with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Champion diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience
- Manage recruitment through the ATS and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Other ad‑hoc duties as directed The Person
- Proven experience in internal recruitment or agency environments
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Dayforce, JobAdder) is a plus
