Job Description As a Section Waiter inMarmelo, you willbe responsible formanaging your own section, ensuringhigh levelsof service are consistently delivered.You'llbe the face of the restaurant to our guests – welcoming, serving, and engaging with them to ensure they enjoy a seamless dining experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and attentive service to guests within your section
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages with confidence and care
- Always maintain cleanliness and presentation of your section
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest queries or feedback professionally and promptly Qualifications Requirements: Previousexperience in a fine dining establishment or hatted restaurant is preferred. Exceptional customer service skills,strong communicationabilities, and a polisheddemeanour. Proficiencyin wine service and an understanding of food and beverage pairings. A keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of service meethigh standards. Must have a valid Victorian RSA Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays asrequired.
