- Provide outstanding academic leadership and drive internationally leading education research.
- Shape the Faculty’s research agenda, strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration and enhance the global reputation for excellence in education research.
- Lead and grow an internationally recognised research program, securing substantial competitive research funding and building large‑scale research initiatives.
- Mentor and build capacity for early‑ and mid‑career researchers and HDR candidates.
- Foster strategic partnerships across academia, industry and policy sectors.
- Provide leadership in teaching and curriculum development. Qualifications
- Internationally recognised leader in education research, with a distinguished record of high‑impact publications.
- Strong track record of securing major competitive research grants and leading large‑scale research programs.
- Evidence of research excellence and impact at an international level.
- Expertise in quantitative, qualitative and/or mixed methods research.
- Proven leadership in building and mentoring high‑performing research teams.
- Success in attracting and supervising high‑calibre HDR students.
- Experience developing impactful partnerships across government, industry and community sectors.
