- 1-2 days WFH (aligned to team and partner needs) You’ll be supporting Partners Steve Bell and Nicholas Ogilvie, working alongside a collaborative team across employment, workplace relations and safety matters. If you love being the person who keeps everything running smoothly, this role is for you. What your day might look like No two days are the same, but you’ll be across:
- Managing busy diaries, coordinating meetings and keeping everything on track
- Organising travel and making sure expenses and reporting are seamless
- Drafting and formatting documents using Microsoft Office and iManage
- Supporting the full matter lifecycle, from opening through to billing
- Being a key point of contact for clients and building strong relationships
- Assisting with business development, pitches and client events
- Collaborating with Legal Assistants across the practice group on shared work and helping the team run efficiently
- Embracing technology and AI to improve how things are done
- Keeping everything aligned with firm processes and best practice What you'll bring
- Experience in a legal assistant or similar support role
- Confidence with billing, invoicing and matter management
- Robust organisation skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
