The Opportunity Join Revo Fitness, an industry leader in Australian health & fitness, as we continue to expand nationally. We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Content Creator who’s not just creative but also bubbly, vibrant, and confident in front of the camera. As we continue to grow across Australia, we’re searching for someone with the flair and independence to make an impact—both online and in person. To be considered for this role, applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing relevant content creation work across social platforms, including at least one example featuring themselves on camera. Given the nature of the role, confidence and presence in front of the camera are essential. Key Responsibilities
- Create and produce social media content: Plan, film and edit engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and Reels, including capturing real-time moments at gyms, events and brand activations.
- Execute daily social media publishing: Manage posting and scheduling across platforms, including writing captions and on-screen text that align with brand tone.
- Stay ahead of trends and content opportunities: Monitor social media trends, sounds and formats, and turn them into relevant, reactive content for the brand.
- Manage digital communications and content updates: Maintain accurate and engaging updates across social media, the website, and in-club screens, including trainer updates and member-facing messaging.
- Support reporting and broader marketing projects: Monitor content performance, contribute to monthly reporting, and assist the marketing team with campaigns, launches and key initiatives. Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications, or experience in content creation on Instagram and TikTok preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in content creation within a dynamic, quick-paced environment.
- A self-starter who can work independently and isn’t afraid to take initiative or jump in front of the camera.
- Working knowledge of current trends, particularly in social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Creative Suite skills desirable (Premier Pro etc).
- Travel between Revo Fitness sites requires a valid driver’s license. Benefits
