PLT Work Experience - Immigration Law Intake & Admin (Melbourne)

We are currently offering a free PLT Work Experience Placement for a law graduate looking to complete their Practical Legal Training requirements. About the Role The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for handling inbound phone calls from prospective and existing clients. Duties will include:
- Answering inbound client enquiries by phone in a skilled and friendly manner;
- Taking detailed file notes and triaging enquiries to the appropriate lawyer;
- Providing general information about our migration law services;
- Booking consultations and assisting with client intake; and
- Supporting the legal team with general administrative and file management tasks. About You
- Currently enrolled in, or about to commence, a PLT course;
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone manner;
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills;
- Interest in immigration law is highly regarded; and
