- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of SaaS implementation projects for government clients, owning scope, timelines, budget, and quality while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering and PMO teams to deliver high‑impact outcomes using hybrid Agile and Waterfall practices.
- Act as a trusted client‑facing advisor, building strong relationships and ensuring each project delivers real business value and ROI.
- Drive governance and reporting frameworks that provide clarity for PMO and Executive teams.
- Identify, manage and mitigate risks, issues and change requests to keep projects progressing smoothly.
- Track project performance, financials and success metrics, documenting milestones and ensuring advantages are realized.
- Plan and coordinate release activities, managing cross‑team dependencies and communicating release impacts.
- Contribute to a high‑performing, team‑oriented culture by embedding best practice, encouraging engagement and shaping future government property technology. Benefits

- A Bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
- Proficiency in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience delivering to Government or large corporate clients.
- Experience working closely with Product and Technical teams.
- Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and Lean methodologies.
- Superior communication and relationship‑management skills.
- Highly productive and able to lead independently or as part of a team. Nice to Haves
- Agile Scrum or similar Project Management certification (preferred).
