- Own end-to-end logistics efficiency, supporting revenue growth and a seamless customer experience.
- Manage end‑to‑end retail logistics, including warehousing, transport, systems, service providers and third parties.
- Plan and coordinate operational activity across logistics and software partners.
- Oversee onsite warehouse and replenishment operations during events.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, including licensees and suppliers.
- Lead and support the logistics team during events. About You
- Demonstrated experience in retail or logistics operations, within sports or major events is highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build solid relationships and work cross‑functionally.
- Highly organised with strong project‑management capability.
- Robust understanding of the end‑to‑end supply chain.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Pronto or Cognos.
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check .
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia. What’s to Love?
