Job Description The Workers' Compensation Case Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework. This role involves coordinating medical care, facilitating return-to-work programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Case Manager will collaborate with medical providers, employees, and management to promote a secure and efficient work environment. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field is desirable. Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment. Skills
- Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Competencies

- Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
