An exciting role is available in the Department of Education for an experienced and enthusiastic applicant for a VPS 3, 1.0 FTE, ongoing. Early Childhood Funding Advisor role in South Western Victoria Region, based in the Footscray office. The position will work effectively to deliver quality, timely and high-level customer service to managers, Area staff, early childhood stakeholders and members of the public to support the delivery of the Department's Best Start Best Life reforms. The position will support the Early Childhood Improvement Branch to process funding and service agreement activities in accordance with the relevant program business rules and maintain accurate records using a variety of business systems, in particular the Kindergarten Information Management System. The successful applicant will have skills and experience across a range of office systems and procedures, as well as high level interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
