Senior Development Specialist – Marketing (Melbourne)

Part‑time (0.20 FTE) (1 day per week), Casual. $120,707 per annum + superannuation. Location: Melbourne and Cambodia (must travel intermittently to Cambodia). About the Role Senior Development Specialist for Cambodia project team with responsibilities outlined below. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive national marketing strategy for TVET programs and oversee social media, promotional materials, events and stakeholder engagement campaigns.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure marketing initiatives and activities align with Cambodian TVET standards and expectations.
- Provide strategic advice on branding and positioning of TVET in Cambodia and internationally.
- Train lead trainers and institutional staff on stakeholder engagement and promotion practices.
- Measure and report on effectiveness of marketing activities to government, donors and industry. About You Highly motivated individual with significant senior leadership experience in TVET and education sector reform and extensive experience in marketing and campaign development. Demonstrated expertise in international project management, solid leadership and supervisory capability across multicultural teams, recognised as a principal specialist in TVET reform with the ability to provide authoritative advice, and excellent written and spoken English. - Postgraduate degree in Marketing or related discipline. Eligibility
- Must be able to travel freely and intermittently to Cambodia and be willing to obtain a passport valid for the entire duration of the contracted period plus six months. Benefits
