We are currently on the hunt for an ambitious and passionate Full‑Cycle Business Development Representative to lead our sales efforts across ANZ. The role will be to lead inbound and outbound projects & close high‑impact deals strategically. What Oppizi Oppizi is the first major multi‑channel player in offline performance‑marketing. We've built a technology that enables tracking, scaling, and optimisation of flyering campaigns. We offer 3 channels: Hand‑to‑hand, Door‑to‑Door, and Unaddressed Mail/Direct Mail. We operate in 10+ countries, the main ones being Australia, New Zealand, France, the UK, the US, and Canada. We are very privileged to work with flagship accounts like Uber/UberEats, DoorDash, DiDi, Planet Fitness, and many others. Job description The ideal candidate is a high‑energy, proactive hunter responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities within the Australia & Current Zealand (ANZ) market. Reporting to the Leadership team, you will be the engine of our growth, focusing on outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, and building a robust pipeline to ensure long‑term revenue success. Responsibilities Full‑Cycle Sales & Pipeline Ownership
- Drive topline growth by owning the entire sales journey—from initial account‑based targeting and prospecting to closing deals and celebrating client wins.
- Identify high‑potential leads: spot opportunities ranging from agile startups to growth‑stage tech firms and local brands hungry for scalable acquisition.
- Targeted outreach: craft and execute bold outbound campaigns using Clay, Lemlist, and modern automation tools.
- Multichannel engagement: confidently connect with decision‑makers through a strategic mix of cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and your unique social selling style. Strategic Conversion & Relationship Building
- Turn curiosity into long‑term partnerships by acting as a trusted advisor to prospective clients.
- Inbound mastery: rapidly qualify interest from inbound leads, building the trust necessary to convert them into loyal partners.

- Proven track record: 2–3+years of success in high‑growth Business Development or Sales, specifically managing the full sales cycle from cold prospect to closed‑won.
