We are seeking an experienced baker who is: Creative and quality driven Commercially minded with strong operational awareness Good understanding of sourdough bread, cakes and savoury production Passionate about leading and developing teams Minimum 5+ years of team leadership experience is required Qualifications in commercial cookery preferred Calm, organised and hands-on in a fast-paced environment Excited by growth and the opportunity to help build something meaningful This role is ideal for someone ready to step into senior leadership and help drive consistency, innovation and excellence across multiple locations.
