- Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard
- Supporting the team with service flow across restaurant and event operations
- Maintaining a clean, protected, and well‑organised work area
- Adapting to changing service demands and team needs What We're Looking For
- CertificateIII in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential
- Experience in à la carte and/or banquet‑style kitchens is highly regarded
- Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles
- Calm under pressure with a reliable, can‑do attitude
- Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered)
