- The chance to shape some of Australia’s most loved hospitality venues. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join their growing Melbourne-based Development & Projects team. If you’re currently a Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, or Project Manager with experience delivering hospitality or retail projects, this could be your perfect next step. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking organisation known for creating some of Australia’s most memorable social destinations. With a pipeline of diverse projects from boutique pub refurbishments to complex, multi-million-dollar new builds you’ll gain hands-on exposure across the full development cycle, including:
- Project briefing and concept development
- Authority approvals and stakeholder engagement
- Design management and tendering
- Contractor appointment, delivery, and financial management As part of this tight-knit, high-performing team, you’ll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own projects, typically ranging from $1.5M–$15M while receiving mentorship and training to develop your career. Key Experience:
- Experience managing small to mid-scale new build and refurbishment projects.
- Exposure to the hospitality, hotel, or retail sector highly regarded.
- Proven ability to coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You’ll Bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in project delivery or design management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to travel interstate for project work.
