Forklift Driver Via Hoban Recriutment (Melbourne)

We're excited to be seeking a motivated and reliable Forklift Driver with a valid forklift licence to join our client's dynamic warehouse team at Moorabbin Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a hands‑on role at the core of warehouse operations, where no two days are the same. You'll gain valuable experience working across both high‑reach and counterbalance forklifts, supporting smooth stock flow, and ensuring accuracy in all aspects of inventory control. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders
- Replenish stock to pick faces
- Manage inbound shipments, including unloading and putting away 2-3 containers per week
- Support stock control and maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Keep the warehouse clean, secure, and organised
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently What We're Looking For
- Valid forklift licence
- Experience operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
