About the Role This is a dynamic Business Development role focused on strengthening relationships and identifying new investment and wholesale opportunities. Working closely with a high-performing sales and leadership team, you will play a key role in driving continued growth and expanding the company’s market presence. Key Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining proactive relationships with investors, developers and key stakeholders
- Actively identifying and securing new investment and wholesale opportunities
- Increasing brand awareness and market presence
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to convert opportunities into projects This role will suit someone who enjoys autonomy, accountability and being closely involved in the growth of the business. About You
- Experience in Business Development or Sales within residential, investment or commercial construction
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive, results‑driven approach
