We Are Looking For We are seeking a brilliant mid‑level Client Delivery Lead who has experience working with technical stakeholders (developers, QA, solution architects) within the Australian energy distribution sector. We are looking for hands‑on Client Delivery Leads that can help build our capability across our business with Kraken and other third parties as we continue to grow. Our Delivery Leads are here to solve complex problems with great products. The Client Delivery Lead must work in partnership with the technology and operational teams at Kraken as well as with the client. They must understand how Kraken works, identify problems and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities. They will bring technology, people and processes together to innovate improvements for our clients. They will deal with complexity across multiple customer journeys with a variety of customer types and end users, playing a critical role in bringing all the right people together to deliver the roadmap. What You’ll Do
- Work closely with clients to deliver implementations, enhancements, and strategic support for their use of Kraken.
- Identify new ideas and technology to improve the product.
- Ensure a balance between flexibility for the client and efficiency for the product.
- Support the business with issue resolution for the product.
- Support the engineering teams to deliver product features.
- Ensure constant review and adaptation to customer and business needs. What You’ll Have
- Experience delivering technology in energy distribution is preferred.
- Understanding of meter‑to‑cash processes in distributors is ideal.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking.
- Experience with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients.
- Strong agile delivery experience and product management skills.
- Experience with product management and designing customer journeys.
- Experience working with technical stakeholders (developers, QA, solution architects).
- Solid understanding of technology and associated trends.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
- Degree qualified equivalent, with strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience.
- Patience, as clients are undergoing huge transformations that take time and require understanding.
