The Opportunity We are looking for an ambitious Associate Adviser to join our Advice team. In this role, you will act as the vital conduit between the Adviser, the Paraplanning and Client Service teams, and our clients. This is the perfect opportunity for a driven professional in the early stages of their wealth management career. - Act as the initial point of contact for an assigned client portfolio, delivering exceptional client service and relationship management.
- Prepare strategy documents, financial documents, and Records of Advice (RoAs).
- Assist the Principal and Adviser with strategic financial planning across risk, investment structures, estate planning, superannuation, and retirement planning.
- Actively prepare for and participate in client meetings alongside the Principal and Adviser.
- Support Advisers in meeting obligations related to Ongoing Service Agreements (OSA) and Fee Disclosure Statements (FDS).
- Coordinate pre- and post-meeting administrative activities. About You
- You have a minimum of two years of industry experience working in an Associate Adviser, Paraplanner, Client Support, or similar role.
- You are ready to commence, or have already commenced, your Professional Year.
- You hold a relevant industry qualification (such as an undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, or a Diploma of Financial Planning).
- You have a sound understanding of the Xplan CRM system and advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- You possess impeccable organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Note: A working knowledge of Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF) will be highly regarded. Why Join Us?
