The Opportunity We are seeking a high‑calibre and experienced Executive Assistant to work in close partnership with our Group CEO. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional who has operated at the highest levels of corporate leadership and thrives in a fast‑paced, listed‑company environment. The CEO requires a trusted support partner who is highly organised, articulate and commercially focused, with a strong understanding of Board and executive meeting cadence and stakeholder expectations. You are consistently several steps ahead — anticipating requirements, managing complex logistics, and maintaining focus on strategic and commercial priorities. To ensure close alignment and responsiveness, this role is based at our Docklands head office . What You Will Do
- Strategic Time Management: Optimise the CEO’s diary to ensure focus on the highest‑value priorities.
- Global Logistics: Take full ownership of domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and executive‑level logistics.
- Executive Briefing: Ensure the CEO is thoroughly prepared for meetings, Board sessions, investor engagements and public commitments.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a professional point of contact for all executive logistics with internal and external stakeholders, including the Board and senior leaders.
- Operational Oversight: Manage executive expenses and coordinate and support key events such as investor meetings. What We Are Looking For
- CEO‑Level Experience: Demonstrated experience supporting a CEO or C‑suite executive within a large, complex organisation.
- Professional Presence: Strong judgement and gravitas, with the ability to represent the Office of the CEO impeccably.
- Proactive & Autonomous: Highly self‑directed, with the foresight to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced capability across MS Office and modern collaboration tools.
