- Projects ($20M-$100M) Are you a high-performing Mechanical Project Manager ready to take ownership of large-scale, complex builds? Do you want to join a well-established Tier 2 contractor delivering major commercial projects with the systems, support, and pipeline to match? On offer is the opportunity to join a leading mechanical services contractor working across major projects ranging from $20M up to $100M. With a strong pipeline of secured work, you’ll play a key role in delivering technically complex builds across commercial, healthcare, and large-scale developments. Reporting into a highly experienced Construction Manager, you will take full responsibility for project delivery from early-stage procurement through to completion. You’ll lead project teams, manage subcontractors and direct labour, and drive programme, cost, and quality outcomes across the full lifecycle. This role sits within a high-performing major projects division, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to deliver landmark builds across Melbourne. The Role
- Deliver mechanical services projects valued between $20M-$100M
- Full lifecycle project management from procurement through to completion
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and site operations
- Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, and programme
- Liaise with builders, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Ensure delivery across safety, quality, and commercial outcomes The Person
- Proven experience delivering mechanical projects within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- Strong track record on projects $20M+
- Experience across major commercial, healthcare, or large-scale builds
- Highly commercial with strong financial and programme management capability
- Confident leading teams and managing complex stakeholder environments
