Help customers secure uptime and performance to run operations with confidence. Report to the Operations Manager on the Customer Center Service team. Responsibilities
- Conduct planned and ad‑hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. Diagnose issues to prevent equipment downtime.
- Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
