- Qualify, create and present detailed bespoke itineraries and follow up for conversion.
- Manage all aspects of client relationships throughout enquiry, booking and on‑ground touch points.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to trade and consumer channels, including issue resolution and complaint management.
- Meet guests virtually or in person and provide personalised consultations with trade partners.
- Participate in business development initiatives to support sales growth.
- Represent A&K; at trade shows, hosted agent events, and out‑of‑hours engagements.
- Provide support to other business areas as required.
- Undertake ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the management team. Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in Reservations or Travel Agency consulting.
- Essential FIT (Free Independent Travel) experience.
- Experience in selling A&K;’s portfolio of destinations or broader luxury market expertise.
- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑touch environment.
- International air booking experience highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with multiple booking and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with a Global Distribution System (Amadeus).
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to take on challenges and adapt to change.
- Proven sales skills including qualifying, rapport building and closing techniques.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Australian work rights are essential. Other Information
- Occasional interstate and international travel may be required for familiarisation trips.
