Overview Role: Project Manager
- Investments; Fixed Term Contract: 12 months (view to extend); Location : Sydney or Melbourne; Salary : $190k
- $215k package Organisation A leading Australian financial services organisation is undertaking a large-scale systems integration program within its Investments function. As part of this initiative, the organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of complex integration outcomes across technology, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders. Experience
- Minimum 5+ years\' experience in Project Management, including accountability for budgets of $3M+.
- Prior experience within the Investments domain.
- Proven track record delivering investment systems integration projects, with unit pricing experience considered highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience managing external technology vendors and custodians, including leading and executing RFI/RFP processes.
- Strong capability to align and coordinate multiple third-party organisations to deliver against agreed objectives, timelines, and outcomes. Domain Expertise
- Hands-on delivery experience with Vendor and Trade Repository integrations, including coordination with reporting platforms and DTCC DDRS connectivity.
- Experience managing data ingestion from Charles River IMS or other PMS platforms, as well as custodian data feeds.
- Solid background in stakeholder and regulatory engagement, working closely with Investment Operations, Risk & Compliance teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies.
