Description
PROCUREMENT OPERATIONS SENIOR SPECIALIST Key Responsibilities Responsible for managing the procurement of assigned Purchase Requisitions (PR) and ensuring the efficient conversion of requisitions into Purchase Orders (PO) through SAP. You will be accountable for controlling the department's document workflow and communications, while actively supporting vendor management and the creation of real-time dashboards to monitor operational activities.
- Procurement & Workflow Management: Oversee the end-to-end flow of internal and external department documents, including purchase orders, contracts, and SAP transactions, ensuring timely approvals and execution.
- Policy Compliance: Review submitted PRs and Terms of Reference (TOR) to ensure strict adherence to the General Supply Chain Manual (GSCM) and other corporate procurement policies.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Support: Scout and endorse new vendors for accreditation while coordinating with internal proponents on supplier performance evaluations and contract clarifications. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or any 4-year course
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain operations is an advantage.
- Ability to engage with vendors and stakeholders to achieve favorable terms and clarify contract requirements.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate compliance and prioritize urgent procurement requests effectively.
- Positive oral and written communication for coordinating with different departments and external partners.
