We are seeking a technically skilled Technical Training Developer to join our Aftersales Training team. This role is responsible for the development of high quality Instructor Led Training programs, technical learning resources and eLearning content for the IAL dealer network and fleet partners. About the Role Reporting to the National Training Manager, the Technical Training Developer will work collaboratively across the business to design, develop and maintain technical training materials that support dealership technicians, fleet personnel and internal stakeholders. The role will also provide backup support for technical training delivery where required. Key Responsibilities Training Development & Content Creation
- Develop and desktop publish Instructor Led Training (ILT) programs
- Create technical training aids and supporting learning resources
- Develop technical articles for the Isuzu Truck Technicians Guild
- Collaborate with the eLearning Content Developer to produce engaging eLearning modules
- Ensure training content aligns with business objectives and evolving technical requirements Stakeholder Support & Collaboration
- Liaise with internal departments including Service, Sales, Marketing, Care and Parts
- Provide technical advice and support across the business
- Recommend future training initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities Training Delivery
- Conduct Train the Trainer (TTT) programs for IAL personnel
- Deliver technical training to dealer and fleet partners when required Customer Focus & Continuous Improvement
- Promote high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Contribute to process improvement and training effectiveness initiatives
- Support quality, compliance, safety and sustainability objectives About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following skills and experience:
- Trade qualification in Automotive, Auto Electrical or similar
- Strong automotive technical knowledge, including electrical/electronic systems and dealership workshop practices
- Experience developing technical training materials or learning content
- Written communication and desktop publishing skills
- Experience in automotive technical training development and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment would be an advantage.
