About the role The International Partnership Manager is primarily responsible for the management, development and growth of strategic partnerships with existing and new international clients. This role is responsible to deliver portfolio performance, revenue and growth targets by establishing sustainable long-term business to business partnerships with our most valuable strategic Top Tier clients. The role will include all aspects of account management, including working with relevant internal and external stakeholders, to lead the development and implementation of strategic partnership plans with the aim to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for Bupa and its partners. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver agreed performance targets including revenue/current to fund growth, client retention, gross margin and customer/client experience
- Build strategic relationship with clients, leading a matrix of internal and external stakeholders in development and execution of strategic partnership plan to ensure exceptional customer service
- Meet required client service level expectations and compliance with usage of CRM system
- Promote Bupa as the preferred partner for overall student, worker and visitor health and wellbeing and champion a holistic health approach that meets client and customer needs
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plan including annual activity plans and quarterly review for all clients including managing promotional budget
- Jointly plan and implement partnership plans with clients to maximise engagement and alignment of goals
- Regularly review performance of client partnership, including opportunities, risks and obstacles
- Be an International market Advocate with thought leadership activities in relevant forums including Social Media. About You
- Tertiary qualifications, or equivalent market experience
- 3+ years of account management and partnership experience exceeding sales targets selling Overseas Visitor and Overseas Student health insurance, or similar business to business sales account management experience
- Consulting with the C-suite executives of large or strategic client’s organisations to formulate, implement and manage strategic business plans to meet client needs and to achieve sales targets
