About The Role Coles Online Department supports the online ordering experience by selecting and packing orders in-store for pick‑up or delivery. As a Leader reporting to the Store Manager, you will be fully accountable for the day‑to‑day operation of the online department, ensuring a welcoming and inspiring customer experience for our customers, team members and community. Responsibilities
- Lead the online team to meet sales targets, control costs and manage rostering.
- Ensure the pick‑pack‑deliver process runs efficiently and meets safety, compliance and stock‑management standards.
- Coach and develop team members to grow their skills and performance.
- Maintain visual merchandising and overall store presentation for the online area.
- Promote a one‑team culture, celebrate success and foster customer obsession.
- Continuously seek to better understand and serve our diverse customers. Qualifications
- Leadership experience with a proven ability to coach and develop a retail team.
- Track record of driving sales results, controlling costs, and managing rosters.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising, safety compliance and stock management.
