Due to continued business growth, we are expanding our leadership team and are seeking experienced Shift Managers, Department Managers, and Assistant Managers with prior McDonald’s (Macca’s) experience to join our growing group of restaurants. This opportunity is ideal for former McDonald’s leaders who are LT qualified , understand fast‑paced, high‑volume operations, and are looking to return to a brand they know well while continuing their hospitality management career. About the Role As part of our restaurant leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering customer service excellence , leading teams during shifts, and ensuring strong operational performance across all areas of the restaurant. Depending on your experience level, responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating crew members in a fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurant environment
- Running effective shifts as a Shift Manager or Department Manager , ensuring QSC standards are met
- Coaching, training, and developing team leaders and crew
- Managing Departments
- Maintaining robust food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations and performance targets What We’re Looking For
- Previous McDonald’s experience is essential (Shift Manager, Department Manager, Assistant Manager or similar)
- Proven people leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example
- Confidence operating in a QSR / fast food management environment
