- Support clients in assessing their readiness for IPOs, capital raisings, and other capital market transactions through technical reviews and advisory services
- Assist in evaluating financial reporting processes, regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, and operational preparedness
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial information, accounting treatments, and disclosures to identify areas of risk and improvement
- Collaborate closely with client management and other stakeholders to provide clear, practical recommendations that enhance readiness and compliance
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, reports, and technical briefs to support advisory engagements
- Contribute to the development and refinement of CMAAS methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation What we’re looking for:
- Technical Expertise: 2-4 years’ experience in technical accounting, corporate finance, advisory, or Audit roles, with exposure to capital markets transactions or IPO readiness preferred
- Strong Knowledge: Understanding of accounting standards, regulatory frameworks, and market practices relevant to IPOs and capital raisings
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex financial and business information, assess risks, and provide insightful, actionable recommendations
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Collaborative Mindset: A team player who supports colleagues, shares knowledge, and contributes positively to client engagements
