- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities in the engineering field
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets
- Prepare and submit compelling procurement and tender proposals, managing end-to-end submission processes to support business development and client acquisition
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or related field viewed favourably
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, ideally in the engineering field
- Demonstrated experience in business development and sales within the engineering industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated, results oriented, and able to work independently
